it gets worse as the day goes on. we are getting out of here for a while the house smells like smoke.

A Long Night

Well I was up till Two am watching the fire burn away! I was not sure what to do... Rip photos off the wall, pack suite cases over , put together an updated 72 hour kit, clean the whole house in case I had to have people over to help pack get stuff out, Or take a sleeping pill and go to bed with a prayer in mind that the firemen would get it under control. I tried to add other photos to the blog last night of the past crazy day but, it was not working out because my download sucked. SO I made a Birthday slide and I am going to add a few photos of the fire. It is a strange feeling knowing that you have no control over what is happening outside your home. Mother Nature is in total control here. If the winds pick up things will get bad fast. We watch the weather reports and if they can get it under control today things will be OK. We will have high winds on Thursday. The photos here are just as it started to come over the back side to our side of the hill then it grew. My camera would not pick up the glory of it last night. It was so amazing to watch. I took that sleeping pill and crashed out, I woke up to sounds of big aircraft flying over head. They now seem to have a system going with helicopter and aircraft dumping water like mad. Today is Fathers day and I vote out for Dinner.

A Wounderful life Crap can hit the Fan

Ok so how many things can happen in five days time? Let me tell you a lot.... On Tuesday Our Nanny Kyrstel quite working for us when her grandma was in a car accident and now she will have to help with her care. She is going to have to move to Albuq to be closer to her family to help. So in short she checked out on us with no notice at all, So we have a summer replacement who is a friend of hers name Leslie. on Thursday I had to leave for Santa Fe to work on yet another movie called Sex, Lies and Sin City. It is a lifetime movie made for TV about a mobster that was killed or, was he that is the question. I was playing an attorney mobsters hot girl friend! It was a good time but man it was a long shoot for just three scenes. We went till 2 am and had started at just after lunch that day. I took the kids with me on this movie and had Leslie set with the kids in the hotel pends most of it would be a night shoot. We woke up today and took the kids swimming then we did pictures with all the pretty flowers that where around the hotel. " Can I just say MAN I HAVE SOME GREAT LOOKING KIDS!" after getting in some birthday shopping we started back home for the four hour drive home. Edward and I had plan for two weeks now to host a birthday party for Austin at Wet and Wild water park " However the loss of the Nanny made all plans go out the window and because Edward will be in Portland next week on Austin actual birthday day we needed to have the party early to even have it. Edward had to stay here in Las Cruses to help with Dr. Klonis " Whats New Demo is a needy man I am use to it!" so Edward got this idea that he would throw a surprise Birthday bash here at the house. It was a good time and Austin was very excited to be a show boat for all his friends. Even more funny was that Edward and his buddy Doug came up with the idea to have a water war and brought Super sokers and water balloons, When the kids where not looking MAN THEY LET THE WAR START. When I got home the side of the Mountain was on fire and right at about an hour ago the sheriff told us that they were telling everyone to be on alert to evacuate their homes. So now we are setting here wondering if we should worry or run for the hotel in town? We are just watching it as it goes we shall see what happens here. So I guess you can call this blog day a wonderful life but man CRAP CAN HIT THE FAN!
